Since I'll be talking about them a bit
I decided to intro my kids too.
Andrew (Drew) is 23yo. He just recently found a new job and is planning on returning to college in January. (fingers crossed!) He's a bass player in a band called "the details". They play at various venues around the city.He has a fiance Allison, she graduated from Wells college this summer. They have plans to marry in June '08.
Patrick (Pat) is 21yo. He's working 40+ hrs a week while attending the community college full-time. He's an awesome soccer player. He has a looongtime girlfriend Jess. They talk of getting married but no future date is mentioned.
Michelle (Shelly) is 20yo. She's also working a lot of hours and attending the community college full-time. She's one of my most easy going kids. She loves to draw and is the artist of the family.
Valerie (Val) is 17yo. She's a senior (12th grade). She's the social butterfly and is always on the go. She wants to study to be a phys ed teacher although she hasn't picked which college she'll attend yet. She's looking forward to volleyball season starting in another month.
Elizabeth (Liz) is 16yo. She's a junior (11th grade). She was extremely shy but has broken out of her shell lately. She's active in our church and has recently given her life over to Jesus. She's hoping to get a job so she can travel to visit church friends. Her goal right now is to work at our church in Norway for a year after she's graduated.
Luke is 14yo. He's a freshman (9th grade). He's a homebody. His favorite thing to do right now is sitting on the computer watching episodes of Naruto or playing Quest. When he's not home he's hanging out with his cousins and friends at church.
Carolyn (Carrie) is 13yo and is in 7th grade. She's our "miracle" child. After being diagnosed with cancer she successfully went through a bone marrow transplant when she was 2.5yo (Drew was her donor). Here's the story She likes to hang out with her cousin and friends at church.
Jacob (Jake) is 11yo and is in 5th grade. He's our dynamo with tons of energy. He doesn't know the meaning of whisper. He has a great sense of humor and likes to keep us ROFL.
Eileen (Bean) is 9yo and is in 3rd grade. She's our sensitive one. She wears her emotions on her sleeve and is a worrier. Her and Olivia are best friends and do everything together. This includes playing Barbies and riding bikes.
Olivia (Livvie) is 7yo and is in the 2nd grade. She's pretty laid back and is the peace keeper. She's the most likely to make concessions so as to not cause a stir. Her and Eileen get along REALLY well and are always together. According to Tom she was to be our last baby.
Danielle is 2yo. She's our surprise baby when after 5 yrs God decided he had other plans for us then the ones Tom had chosen. She has EVERYONE wrapped around her little finger and is quite the entertainer. It's often been said...who needs a tv or a puppy when you have Danielle around? She likes to visit youtube to watch her friends...the teletubbies, the wiggles, dora the explorer, veggie tales and crazy frog. Her favorite animal is the elephant.
Sean is 2mos. He is our true caboose, the final chapter in our family. He is ADORABLE and quite a pudge. He has cheeks you can't resist kissing. He's the neediest of all my babies and requires to be held ALL day. I've often been heard telling him...it's a good thing you're so CUTE! It also doesn't hurt that he's a great baby at night, sleeping 9+ hrs at a stretch right now. :oD
